My Story
I’m Dopa-mean — a self-taught baker, roller derby skater, and proud chaos wrangler of cookies with big flavor and even bigger personality. The Rainbow Crumb started as a way to share joy through baked goods that feel a little nostalgic, a little funky, and a lot delicious.
Baking has always been a form of therapy and expression for me — a way to channel creativity, love, and my ever-growing list of “cookie ideas at 2AM.” I’m currently based in Polk County, Florida, with plans to grow The Rainbow Crumb into a business that’s as bold and unforgettable as the cookies themselves.
Every batch is handmade with real ingredients, real heart, and often while I’m blasting music in the kitchen with flour in my hair. I believe cookies should be fun, inclusive, and full of flavor — because life’s too short for boring sweets.
